5% Listings

A 5% listing gets the job done well at a fair price. It offers an attractive 3% incentive to buyers'
agents, because they will probably skip listings not offering at least 2.5%. And I only get paid
when I get the job done.

Attempt to contact every listing agent who shows the house to ask for feedback
